Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings a background in grant writing, student support programs, counseling and advocacy at the baccalaureate level, plus freelance marketing. After a successful first career in academia support programs, and with her final move to Texas, Kristin transitioned to Real Estate in 2013. She began marketing for a Broker to becoming a licensed REALTOR® herself, to earning her Broker’s license in 2018. Kristin established Texas Custom Realty Group, building a diverse portfolio that spans Residential, Luxury, Farm & Ranch, Development, and Commercial Real Estate. She also provides continuing education for Texas REALTORS®, equipping industry professionals with the tools and knowledge to succeed. A strong advocate for the profession, Kristin is a dedicated supporter of TREPAC and a proud President’s Circle member. Committed to raising sharing and raising industry Agent professionalism, Kristin has been an active member of the Austin Women's Council of Realtors - earning Rookie of the Year in 2017 and Realtor of the Year in 2019. Just as she once guided students toward their academic and personal goals, she strives to empower Agents and clients to build the futures they’ve always envisioned.

Mary brings unmatched expertise to the Texas Real Estate industry, backed by a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Real Estate. After a successful 17-year career in High Tech and five years in marketing, Mary transitioned to Real Estate in 2002, earning her Broker’s license in 2006 and acquiring her brokerage, Nextage Realty. For two decades, she has been a driving force in shaping the Texas Real Estate landscape—delivering impactful continuing education to REALTORS® statewide, serving as a TREPAC Trustee and President’s Circle member, and earning recognition as an award-winning educator. Mary is a member of the Austin Women's Council of Realtors committed to industry professionalism and support. Mary’s influence extends to key leadership roles, including her service on multiple Real Estate industry committees such as the Business Issues Committee and the Broker-Lawyer Committee of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in advancing the profession, Mary is a trusted leader committed to raising the standard for Real Estate in Texas.
